Refunds
If your product is unexpectedly defective, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Warranty & Right of Withdrawal
The warranty for Linto products only applies if the product is unused. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse.
The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in its original condition.
If the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Returns
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm this.
You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card provider, as it may take some time before the refund appears.
Contact your bank, as there may be a processing time.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact form.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, unused or damaged.

Return Shipping
You will receive instructions by email on where to send your return.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery time for replacement products may vary depending on where you live.
